Since the 2008 Primary Elections, ºÚÁÏÃÅUniversity Chicago’s Division of Public Affairs has partnered with the Cook County Clerk’s Office to recruit civic-minded ºÚÁÏÃÅstudents to serve as poll workers on Election Day. So far, over 500 students have participated in the initiative, and each year student involvement continues to grow. If you are a civic-minded student who wants to get involved in your community, this may be a great opportunity for you.
Become An Equipment Manager
The Equipment Manager is responsible for setting up and maintaining the voting equipment on Election Day and transmitting the results when the polls close.
