August Winters
Associate Director, Tutoring Center
August oversees supplemental instruction initiatives in the Tutoring Center. They work to create space for students to thrive in higher education and care for holistically supporting students during their time at Loyola. August completed their bachelor’s degree in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Technology at Illinois State University and their master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. For the past three years they have served as the Tutoring Center Coordinator here at Loyola! In their free time, Gus can be found riding their bike or going on a long walk while enjoying some good music or a podcast.
