What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
The people that I get to interact with, whether that is ºÚÁÏÃÅstudents, faculty or staff; the brides who have held their receptions at Cuneo; or the general public with their enthusiast support of this historic home.
What is your most memorable achievement as a ºÚÁÏÃÅemployee?
I was still a graduate student at ºÚÁÏÃÅwhen I became a full-time employee. What I’m most proud of is doing my very best as an employee while completing my doctorate in Loyola’s joint program in public and American history.
What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
I try to reflect the Jesuit values of serving others in my interactions with all of our stakeholders: students, faculty, administration, and the public.
What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
I work hard every day to see that Loyola’s Cuneo Mansion and Gardens achieves its full potential as a historic house museum.
Tell us how you show your Rambler pride.
The giving of ºÚÁÏÃÅswag! My family is scattered across the country, and they all have ºÚÁÏÃÅt-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats to wear!
Tell us something most people at ºÚÁÏÃÅwould be surprised to know about you.
I’m a master gardener and enjoy working on my own container gardens at home, as well as working with our landscaping company on the annual design plan for our beautiful gardens here at Cuneo.
