Business of Applied Artificial Intelligence Minor
The Business of Applied Artificial Intelligence Minor empowers students with the knowledge and expertise to understand the impacts on business of this dynamic technology and the skills to be equipped to leverage AI in whatever career path they choose.
Students will:
- Be prepared to function as business translators who can effectively bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and strategic business objectives.
- Possess a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies coupled with a strong grasp of business applications, enabling them to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Be equipped to lead AI initiatives within diverse organizational contexts, ensuring that AI technologies are implemented ethically and effectively to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
For students pursuing a BBA degree at Quinlan, this minor only requires three additional courses beyond the BBA Core (Comp 150, ACCT 331, and QUIN 399). In addition, the course counts for credit for the BBA in Marketing and Accounting and Analytics majors. For non-Quinlan students wishing to pursue this minor, please discuss this with your academic advisor.
