Ryan Whitney

Ryan Whitney is a consultant based in Chicago, Illinois focusing on health care compliance issues and regulatory matters. Ryan received his bachelor鈥檚 degree from The Ohio State University before attending 黑料门University Chicago School of Law. At Loyola, Ryan served as the Managing Editor for the school鈥檚 Journal of Regulatory Compliance. Ryan focused his graduate studies on health care compliance, risk management, health care payment and policy; and advance research compliance. Prior to joining Aegis, Ryan spent a year working in the legal department of Illinois鈥檚 largest independent hospital where he developed training modules for Stark Law, Anti-Kickback and HIPAA compliance, conducted risk assessments and helped draft policies for the compliance department. Since joining Aegis in 2017, Ryan has worked with a variety of clients including hospitals and research institutions to meet their health care regulatory needs.
