Jim is a partner at Saul Ewing and experienced commercial litigator. He handles a wide variety of complex and class actions in insurance, antitrust and competition-related matters. He advises companies on dispute avoidance, antitrust compliance, and overall litigation strategies. Jim is a leading class action defense lawyer and handles cases in federal and state courts, both at the trial court and appellate levels, throughout the country.
