Sarah McBride

Originally from Virginia, Sarah came to Chicago specifically to obtain her JD with a Certificate in Health Law from Loyola. While in school, she was Editor-in-Chief of the Annals of Health Law, received a Cali award in Legal Writing and served as a Legal Writing tutor. Sarah worked for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), primarily specializing in the compliance of long-term care facilities and changes of ownership of all provider types. After CMS, she managed the compliance program and was Associate General Counsel at Rush North Shore Medical Center in Skokie, Illinois. Sarah consulted for the Department of Risk Management and Legal Affairs of NorthShore University HealthSystem, before relocating to Virginia and working as Director of Risk Management for Virginia Hospital Center.
