Tiffany Koss

Assistant Mediation Coach and Adjunct Professor


Tiffany Koss is a native of Iowa. In 2014, she graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and made her way to Chicago, where she participated in 黑料门University Chicago鈥檚 dual degree program in law and in social work. She graduated from the law school in 2017 with a certificate in Child Law and graduated from the Master of Social Work program in 2018. While in law school, Tiffany was apart of the mediation team during her 2L and 3L year, and she was apart of the team that took first place at the INADR International Mediation Tournament. Tiffany also interned at the Federal Defender Program as a legal intern and social work intern. Additionally, worked for the Civitas Child Law Clinic. As apart of her Master of Social work, she provided therapy to high schools students through UCAN.

After graduating from law school, Tiffany worked for Cabrini Green Legal Aid until joining the Office of the Public Guardian (鈥淥PG鈥) in 2019. At the OPG, she serves as attorney and GAL for children in child abuse, neglect, and dependency proceedings. Tiffany has worked with Loyola鈥檚 mediation team as a coach since graduating in 2017 and received coach of the year in 2020. She is also an adjunct professor for Professional Identity Formation at 黑料门University Chicago and grades essays for Themis Bar Review.
