WW庐 (Weight Watchers Reimagined) stands for the world鈥檚 partner in wellness. More than a global leader in weight loss, WW welcomes anyone who wants to build healthy habits鈥攚hether that means eating better, moving more, developing a positive mindset, focusing on weight鈥r all of the above!
- Employees can select any payment option, but must attend weekly sessions (Core plan subscriptions are not eligible for reimbursement). CORE plan $18.00 per month.
- Employees who sign up for a Premium Plan subscription via our online portal will receive a lowered special rate of $40.00 per month for 12 months based on attendance.

Virtual Workshop for WW Digital + Workshop Members
When you need support, you can always count on Connect鈥擶W鈥檚 private social network exclusively for WW members. Members who have a WW Digital + Workshop are able to join a Connect group through the WW app, which is a Virtual Studio.
The link to join and schedule of Workshop times are available in the Virtual Studio. It also serves as a hub for Studio members to post, get strategies from a WW Coach, and stay updated.
To find a Connect group:
- Open Connect in the WW app, and click 鈥淪ee all鈥� next to groups.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and tap 鈥淏rowse groups.鈥�
- In the search bar, type in your state鈥檚 postal abbreviation + the word 鈥淲orkshop鈥� in the search bar (e.g. 鈥淚L Workshop鈥� if you鈥檙e in Illinois; 鈥淚N Workshop鈥� if you鈥檙e in Indiana, etc.).
- Select the location you normally visit.
- Don鈥檛 see your usual Workshop? Yours has been rolled into a larger Virtual Workshop, so check out other groups in your area.

Logging In/Signing Up
To log into or register through the 黑料门Web Portal, use the following information and follow the link below.

- Previous WWs already using the portal will need to cancel their account before logging in to the 黑料门Web Portal (history can be kept)

Reimbursement
Employees are eligible for *reimbursement for WW庐 monthly subscription costs, up to $200 per calendar year. Digital only programs are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Employees should use the WW庐 Reimbursement Form to track attendance and have it certified by a WW Workplace Coach or Wellness Guide.
- Lake Shore, Water Tower, Health Science Division, and School of Nursing campuses are eligible for reimbursement
- Physicians and other faculty and staff with Trinity must seek reimbursement and membership information from Trinity.
- All forms must be received by Human Resources within 31 days of the end of the series in order for employees to receive reimbursement.
- Late, incomplete, or outdated forms will not be processed. Program and forms are subject to change at any time, so please visit the site frequently to make sure you have the most recent form
- Please see the 奥奥庐 Reimbursement Form located in the Benefits section within the Key Forms box (upper right)
*The reimbursement cost of a 奥奥庐-type program is a Taxable Fringe Benefit that is considered taxable income by the Internal Revenue Service. WW reimbursement requests are sent to the HR department for processing and paid via Payroll. Reimbursements are processed as taxable income on your regular payroll check.
- All reimbursement requests disbursed in a calendar year will count toward that calendar year's maximum reimbursement amount of $200
- Reimbursement amount and membership rates can change at any time
