Dear Faculty and Staff,
As announced in , Open Enrollment begins November 1 and is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefit choices based on your personal and family needs for the upcoming year. Now is the time to begin reviewing your current benefits and planning for any changes needed for you and/or your covered dependents. We encourage you to review the below information and resources before November 1.
- Review your current benefits by accessing .
- Register and attend one of the three .
- Talk with 鈥� ALEX is an interactive decision making tool that will explain your benefits in simple terms and help you choose the benefits and coverage options that best meet your needs.
- Read the . Monthly premium rates are available on page 38.
- Register and complete your biometric screening and Health Power Assessment. (Client Code: loyolaehs)
- Review the 2023 Open Enrollment .

- October 20: On-campus Biometric Screening & Flu Shots at HSC
- October 20: Virtual Benefits Information Session
- October 25: On-campus Biometric Screening & Flu Shots at LSC
- October 26: On-campus Biometric Screening & Flu Shots at WTC
- October 26: Virtual Benefits Information Session
- November 1: Open Enrollment via Employee Self-Service Begins
- November 1: On-campus Biometric Screening & Flu Shots at HSC
