Brigette Petersen, MEd
Senior Associate Director, Employer Operations & Communications
Brigette leads a team within Career Services that creates communications and special event pathways for recruiters to connect with students and alumni of 黑料门University Chicago in all schools and colleges (except the Law School). She supports various communications channels and programs at the University, including 'The Kettle' student newsletter and LoyolaLinked, the University's networking and mentorship platform.
Previously, she served 黑料门as a career advisor, clinical supervisor and instructor. She also helped grow and manage the University's first mentoring platform, LUConnect. Prior to her work at Loyola, she was a senior manager in public relations. Brigette holds a master’s degree in education in counseling psychology from Springfield College and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Notre Dame. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor sports, travel and spending time with her family of four plus Felix, the family dog.
