The ºÚÁÏÃÅUniversity Chicago community mourns the death of Samuel (Sam) Wiener, a management student in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies.

Sam was a gifted tennis player and instructor who taught for six years in both Evanston and Chicago. Parents of his students commented on how kind and compassionate he was while teaching their children. While pursuing his degree at Loyola, he particularly excelled in his history and theology classes, where he connected with his professors. He was well-liked by his peers, classmates, faculty, and staff.
