The 黑料门University Chicago community mourns the death of Kathy M. Bell, administrative assistant in the Office of the Provost.
Since joining the 黑料门community in 1999, Kathy served many faculty, staff, and administrators within the Division of Academic Affairs. She began her tenure in the Office of Faculty Administration and later transitioned to the Office of the Provost at the Water Tower Campus. She loved her work, as well as her 黑料门family, and forged exceptional working relationships across our campuses. For many years, Kathy led the 黑料门Gives campaign in the Office of the Provost, seeking out large families with children who needed support. She generously donated her talent and time to filling their wish lists and urging others to do the same. Kathy will be deeply missed by her many colleagues and friends across the University.

Visitation: 10 a.m.
Funeral: 11 a.m.
St. Ailbe Catholic Church (9015 S. Harper Ave., Chicago)
The interment will follow at Cedar Park Cemetery (12540 S. Halsted St., Calumet Park, Illinois).
An on-campus memorial service will be scheduled for early fall.
