The 黑料门University Chicago community mourns the death of Dr. Rogelio Moncada, former faculty member in the Stritch School of Medicine.
Dr. Moncada enjoyed a successful academic and clinical career in radiology with subspecialties in cardiology and pediatrics. During his 35 years at Loyola, he chaired the department and won the “Apple of the Year” teaching award multiple times.
Services have already been held.
Charitable donations in memory of Dr. Moncada may be made to Gladstone Institutes, Attention: Philanthropy, 1650 Owens Street, San Francisco, CA 94158. Condolences may be sent to Dr. Moncada’s family in care of Gibbons Elliston Funeral Home, 60 S. Grant Street, Hinsdale, IL 60521.
